Legal Service Fee Structure

Legal service fees are calculated in accordance with the Tariff on Fees and Reimbursement of Legal Costs for Lawyers. The amount of the fee depends on the value of the case being represented; lower values are charged at lower rates (points), while higher values are charged at higher rates (points). Each point is worth 2 EUR. During the first consultation, we provide clients with an overview of the expected costs to ensure complete transparency and better financial planning.

In certain types of cases, the fee is always fixed or one-time, regardless of the number of actions taken or hearings involved.

Flat Fees for Legal Entities

Legal assistance can be arranged with a legal entity or a self-employed individual in the form of a flat (monthly) fee. This type of agreement allows companies and entrepreneurs to have ongoing legal support and advice with stable, predictable monthly costs, helping them to promptly and efficiently address legal issues that may arise in their business operations.

Success-Based Fees

In property law cases, lawyers can enter into a written agreement with the client for a success-based fee. This means that the lawyer’s fee can be determined as a percentage of the achieved success, encouraging effort and dedication to achieving the best outcome for the client. The upper limit of the agreed percentage cannot exceed 30% of the total success achieved.
